Fact: leather is on everyone's mind as we creep into this fall weather. There's just no way around it. I just love leather. So maybe it's best when Italian but lets be real for a minute...its not best when we are broke trying to keep up with our leather indulgences. This is why I have included real and faux pieces that can fit into your work and play attire. I may have gone a little crazy with 14 pieces but all are necessary options. Prepare to leather yourself up and be bold this season.
[1] Piper Gore Shorts: Here in Texas these are amazing. You can wear these in the fall with or without leggings depending on our bipolar weather.
[2] Asos Belt: A good leather belt will last you for years. I personally love this color because I can pair it with anything and everything.
[3] Anthropologie Leather Trimmed Hat: If I could wear a fabulous hat everyday you better believe I so would. You can style this hat whether it be for a day out shopping or a night out with your friends.
[4] Jannete Leather Blouse: Leather in a hunter green is pretty much A+ in my book. Yes, you might think its "too trendy" to purchase something like this but you are dead wrong. Y'all, pieces that are made of leather are timeless and can persist year after year. It's not a trend but a long lasting fabric. Know this.
[6] Asos Navy Leather Jacket: Adding a navy jacket to your wardrobe is a clever way to expand your leather horizons from the classic blacks and browns to something a little more new age and fun for a change. It's a simple and great way to add color to an outfit while still staying warm.
[7] Asos Mini Leather Dress: Asos continues to blow my mind every time I go on their site. The zipper detailing on this dress is everything and it's only $54!
[8] Rag & Bone Pants: Because who doesn't love leather patchwork?
[10] Tibi Patchwork Skirt: Mark my words, you will be seeing this soon. My next paycheck is dedicated to this and this alone.
[11] Asos Muubaa Jacket: Another good alternative leather jacket to mix it up.
[12] Laundry by Shelli Segal Dress: For a more classic black dress, try this!
[13] Diane Von Furstenberg Skirt: See what I mean? She did it again. DVF gets it.
[14] Anthropologie Pullover: You either love this or hate it. I personally think it's a really unique way to pull off a leather top.
